Terms and Conditions

For your entry to be eligible, the below Terms and Conditions must be agreed to and met. "We" or "Our" refers to our company, VIVO General Trading LLC.

Only 1 entry per person. Our system will flag duplicate entries. In the case of duplicate entries, all related entries will be voided.
We can only accept entries from residents of Dubai and Abu Dhabi. If the winning entry is from Dubai, delivery and installation will be free. If the winning entry is from Abu Dhabi, a AED2,000 delivery and installation charge will apply. This competition is not open to anyone outside of Dubai or Abu Dhabi.
You must live in a Villa/House, with clear, un-obstructed access to the final location of the Home Gym Equipment. For the avoidance of doubt, our team will not deliver to a location that involves stairs, lifts or obstacles of any sort. The location should be indoors, as the pulleys and components of the Perform Rack will deteriorate quickly if used in an outdoor setting.
This competition is for residential properties only. If you're interested in Commercial Gym Equipment, please contact us separately.
If your entry is chosen at random as the winning entry, you agree to a pre-confirmation site-survey. This will allow a member of our team to visit and survey your site to ensure it meets our requirements for delivery and installation. Only after our team has confirmed that your site meets our requirements, will you be confirmed as the winner of the competition. We reserve the right to cancel your entry, based on the result of this site-survey, at our discretion.
If the winning entry is cancelled based on condition 5, a new entry will be drawn at random.
Delivery and Installation for the winner will take an estimated 4 to 6 weeks from site-survey confirmation.
This competition runs from Friday April 19, 2024 until Friday May 10, 2024. The winner will be drawn at random on Monday May 13, 2024. We reserve the right to shorten/extend this timeline if we deem necessary.
